BIM outsourcing means engaging Building Information Modeling engineers — Mechanical, Electrical, Architectural, or Structural — who work remotely for your company but are employed and managed by a specialist outsourcing partner rather than hired directly. The engineer works exclusively on your projects, on your schedule, as a dedicated member of your team; the outsourcing partner handles the employment relationship behind the scenes.

Most BIM outsourcing today runs on an Employer of Record (EOR) arrangement. The EOR — in ECC's case, ECC itself — becomes the legal employer of the engineer: it handles the local employment contract, payroll, and labor-law compliance in the engineer's country. Your company directs the engineer's day-to-day work exactly as you would an in-house hire, but never has to register a local entity or navigate a foreign country's employment law to do it.
You share the discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, Architectural, or Structural), the years of experience you need, how many engineers, and your preferred contract length — from 1 up to 12 months — through a short requirements form.

You review the shortlist and choose the engineer(s) you'd like to move forward with. There's no obligation to interview every candidate on the list — many clients move straight to onboarding once a strong match is found.

The engineer starts on a schedule aligned to your time zone, working from a dedicated workstation with the infrastructure needed to plug straight into your project workflow.
ECC continues to manage the employment relationship — payroll, compliance, and HR — for as long as the engagement runs, while you manage the engineer's day-to-day work like any other team member.
