Three ways to engage a remote BIM engineer

Companies typically add remote BIM capacity through one of three routes, each with a different cost structure:

• Freelance marketplaces — pay an hourly or per-project rate to an independent contractor. Rates are often quoted low, but the engineer is usually splitting time across several clients, and there's no guarantee of continuity from one project to the next.
